Sometimes your computer can be fixed or worked on over the internet by our specially trained engineers, in such cases as virus removal, software bug fixing, updates and installations. We can even diagnose problems, set up your wireless and home network as well as perform certain tasks that you are normally unable to do.
We use the latest software to connect to your computer to make the changes, we allow you to sit back and watch live as you see what we are doing on your monitor, for your own safety and re-assurances. We cannot access your computer unless you permit us too, we cannot automatically re-access it without authorisation from you again.

You can see what is happening live on screen as it happens, you do not need to be on the line with the operator once you have given us the I.D. number. We ask that you do not touch the keyboard or mouse whilst we are working on your issue. You may see our operator add/remove some programs this may be compulsory in order to diagnose/fix some issues.
CONNECTION ISSUES
If our operator cannot connect to you you may want to try disabling or turning off your firewall.
PAYMENT & PRICING
We are still working on a pricing plan for these complex services, however during the beta testing period every issue has a fixed pricing plan of £25 payable by PayPal only. Once our operator has connected you will be taken to a payments page, our operator will then disconnect until payment confirmation has been received (if you pay immediately then usually within a couple of minutes).
