Some of our clients have been getting massive amounts of emails from the newly installed WHMCS client system, this is because the system likes to keep the clients posted on issues with their services we provide, however, some of the emails have been referenced to internal domain moves, as we have created client account and respectively linked them to the client, this has cause HUGE confusion for some of our clients.
We apoligise for any confusion caused, and now grant that the automated emails from the system SHOULD have stopped, you will still get INVOICE, QUOTES, OVERDUE, SUPPORT TICKET emails.
