NEWS: Credits to accounts

With the introduction of the WHMCS (Web Hosting Management Client System) we now put all our quotes, invoices and credits ‘through the system’, thus if you have previously purchased web hosting for a set period (normally 2 years), we have credited the remainder of your period into your account.

YOU WILL STILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE…..It should be for a zero amount (£0.00) if you have credit in your account, if it is for an amount, this means your credit has now ran out and you should pay your invoice, if you feel that an error has been made on our part (we have gone through EVERY account with a fine tooth comb) then please submit a ticket to our accounts department.

On our previous automated system we had the ability to modify customers accounts to re-act to our commands, we could keep the account open with large amounts of money owed, we can still do this BUT FROM THIS POINT FORWARD ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 7 DAYS, if it is not, the system will automatically SUSPEND THE ACCOUNT.

We can be paid via GOOGLE CHECKOUT (all fee’s are included in our pricing) or we can be paid via BACS transfer (account details on request), please let us know if you are paying by BACS, so we can tell the system your method of payment, and so that your account does not get automatically suspended
